Refund Policy
At Next Gen Belts, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used gait belts.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@nextgenbelts.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Once we confirm your request, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or if it arrives damaged, contact us at info@nextgenbelts.com. We will work with you to arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Used items, gift cards, and any product not in its original condition or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
